  • looks promising hhh

  • is the man with the beard at 0:16 sec a bad guy?

  • SO EXCITED FOR THIS!

  • The arial shot is noticeably lower res than the others. Did you do some pan & scan or stabilization in post?

  • @SmittyU812 Yeah, had to stabilize. If you watch the BTS on the Neumann Films page you can see the raw footage. That is the reason the T2i is no longer a part of my arsenal though. It's been replaced by the GH2.

  • @Neumannfilms you will still use the Canon T2i, right? (sorry bad english)

  • @RADIOTN2 No, I do not. Your English was fine!

  • @Neumannfilms I'm a bit confused. The video description says you used a T2i with a Nikkor lens w/ AIS. I think you either meant VR (in which case, I didn't know VR worked on a Canon body w/ a Nikkor adapter), or you meant a Canon 80-200 lens w/ AIS?

  • @SmittyU812 Just a Nikon to EOS adapter.

  • @SmittyU812 I meant AIS btw.

  • Is it weird that I'm more excited to see this than the actual new Batman movie?

  • @NateVailComedy Weird for most, awesome for me.

  • @Neumannfilms Nice. I gave you guys a shout out in the description of my latest vid. It also has the music you guys gave out from episode 2 and the vertical slider shot from one of your tutorials! Check it out!

  • 0.22 best shot - very filmic look :)

  • hey there i was just wondering how much a remote dslr helicopter is and where i can purchase from? i love your work keep it up :)

  • OK, I bought your Chronicle I settings to help support what you do for indie guys like me.

Just one more question on III. Promise. Did you use the S LUT for Tech Cine when you edited this one? or did you just fiddle wjth your own curves more like McCormick Bros.Ok I lied, was your Nikkor over 1000.00 ha ha

  • @flyingcloudprod I did use the Lut but I apply it to an Adjustment Layer and put the Opacity at about 60% since I think it adds too much Contrast to the image. Then I fiddled with it in Magic Bullet Looks. The Nikkors are fairly cheap. I paid about $400 for my 28mm f 2.8 and about $200 for my 80-200 f 4

  • GOD YES.

  • DUDE WHERE DID U GET THE BATMAN SUIT?

  • Can't wait! This looks awesome!

  • wow, this is looks really good. I'm excited

  • looks badass

  • Hey Neumann! I would love to sponsor your film entertainment company. we can talk. :) nice shots

  • @astarsolution Awesome! I sent you a personal message. Excited to talk about it.

  • Could you save a couple from your resent editing in After Effects or Premier (whatever you used) and I could Pay Pal you?

  • Will you sell the exact preset used in The Dark Knight Chronicles III or is it EXACTLY the same as in the package already available?

  • @flyingcloudprod Well, I didn't use the presets for this. Those were used in Episode I.

  • Holy BatCrap, amazing shot of Pete in elevator and first shot of Batman running on the roof(looks like faster shutter). I just wanna know what picture style?

  • @flyingcloudprod Thanks! I use CineStyle almost exclusively

  • AMAZING!!! What lenses were used for this episode or for all yur filming?

  • @ZeDBeE85 All Nikkor AIS. 28mm f 2.8, 50mm f 1.8, and 80-200mm f 4

  • MORE!

  • Great. Is that the rap singer M&M at the end with a hat?

  • @videotitan1 Ha ha. What??

  • @videotitan1 hahahha M&M. That'd be Eminem

  • What do you use to color correct? What helicopter did you use to get the first shot? What kind of slider or a dolly do you use? Sorry for so many questions. I love the video you should make tutorials thanks!!!

  • @Fusheesh Marika is working on a huge Behind the Scenes video that will be on our Neumann Films page. It's going to cover every aspect of this one.

  • That was amazing!!!!!! Great job!!!

  • Luke and Pete (and those involved),

This is absolutely beautiful. I CANT WAIT to see the rest!

  • @dod3032 How'd you get that opening shot? Your crane on a building across the way? Also...did you have a bunch of people on the streets pointing up and yelling "It's Batman!!!!!!"? haha

  • @csmiller1988 Remote Controlled Helicopter! Yes, quite a few people took pics and the cops were called as well :)

  • @Dod3032 That's awesome!

  • @Dod3032 Can you share a helicopter tutorial and tips? Great work on this.

  • man guys...you are always amazing!

  • Very, very nice my friends. Luke, It hurts running in the suit, doesn't it? :)

  • @TheDaveCreu Mr. Creu!! It actually doesn't hurt too bad, it's just very tiring. What are your thoughts on the first aerial?

  • @Dod3032 It was like you said, a little soft, but as an establishing shot for the trailer it did it's job well. Love the feel it brings to the mix!... Did your pilot have to autorotate when you lost the motor, or did this happen on the ground??

  • @TheDaveCreu Luckily it happened on the ground as we were getting ready to go up for a second take.

  • Embarrassingly well made.

  • Amazing work guys and gal!

  • wow

  • EPIC!!! Can't believe your finally doing aerial shots!!! Looks amazing!

  • Yes cinematography looked great on this one, what did you use for lighting? Or was it all natural light? A making of this one would be awesome.

    Thanks

  • @amcorockx All natural on the outdoor shots, inside I did some lighting.

  • @amcorockx Also, Marika has been filming a huge Behind the scenes project for this one. It will be on our Neumann Films channel. It might end up being 20 minutes long...ha ha.

  • wow, simply wow!!!

  • oh my god this looks just as good as the dark knight rises. It would be good if this was more dramatic than a spoof.Maybe as the series goes on, batman takes a more serious approach to his responsibility but then i understand its taking it out of context of what you wanted to do with it in the 1st place. Cant wait all the same though.

  • @BRAKEPK It's heading that way for sure. I want to tie this into the Nolan series very loosely. So while this is a spoof, I want it to sort of be taking place in between The Dark Knight and the Dark Knight Rises.

  • Well done, Sirs.

  • wow...this is an intirely new level of "homemade" cinematography.can,t wait for the release!

  • Dude! that looked really good! I love the music too... Very cool guys...

  • Loving the cinematography

  • Looks like good work guys bring it on!

    ATB Malc

  • 0.08 EPIC! can't wait for it to be released!
