The ending on this game is absolutely mad! At first I really didn't know what to make of it, then i played it again and i loved it more and more! I've never played anything else like it :D

@Mrster Yes well, a couple of things I didn't like about the game was all the voodoo stuff, which I thought was cheesy, the relationship with Guybrush and Elaine, and the ending scene. I mean, in the following games which pick where the game left off, how is it possible about LeChuck being Guybrush's "brother", and then just plain enemy?

There was already elements of voodoo in the first, this one didn't deviate far from it. I loved it. The relationship was a fun twist on it all. The ending is either loved or hated. I loved it. Regarding all the other games, first off; the creator of the second didn't make the rest. He had other unknown intentions. Second, we can assume that it was all a dream or a trick. Notice how Chuckie's eyes glow right at the end, showing that it might not just be an awakening after all.

I got duped! I was so excited to play the game because I thought it was going to be smoothly animated 3d graphics. But when I played the game it was in 2d. It's still better than the first SE. Animation is a little bit better but you can still see it isn't as smooth as the trailer is showing. Damn false advertising!

What a load of false advertising. The graphics that kick in at 0:51 is complete and utter false advertising. And don't try to say "It's supposed to be pre-rendered" because it fades from the original screen to something that is completely fake.

Lucas Arts should be sued for this trailer, the remake graphics don't look anything remotely close to this... Just the same rushed crap full of gradients of the first special edition, with lame ass copy-past-rotate animation.

@Illusionaire1 Because it's built on top of the original. You can't have the original version AND incredible graphics. It's one or the other. So Lucasarts went halfway.

They already revived death threats for remaking these games, imagine what would happen if they got rid of the ability to switch back.

@pascualdejuan TBH i dont think they would release a day of the tentacle as they had already had a voice dialoge.. al they could do is improve the graphics where as monkey island was diffrent where they improved not only the graphics but dialoge adding to an even greater experiance =D

Que nadie se confunda, este es un video promocional del juego. El aspecto que tiene el remake es será muy parecido al de la primera parte. Mirad imagenes en cualquier revista especializada.

@knastbube No, this perticular trailer is pre-rendered. The art style is the same, though. There's a 7-minute behind-the-scenes video available here on youtube, take a look at that if you wanna see actual gameplay.
