it's all good! this was only my second con also with my first being AnimeNEXT 08 lol. to answer ur question, u dont have to pay to watch the panels...not sure about the masquerade but im pretty sure that was free too. just make sure to know what panel u wanna be in cuz there were many panel along with this one at the same time...and this Gundam 00 panel of Brad's filled up FAST lmaoo
