they stole my house too, Wells Fargo sponsors of the ever abusive Ringling Brothers Circus ... IMPEACH the leaders ABORT SUPREME COURT why should citizens go through this in 2011 ... lock them up throw away the key, retaliating against protesters, single women and family
This guy is about to become the poster boy for unfair judicial treatment of mortgage fraud. He stood there all smug, nasty and condescending in his Kangaroo Court, threatening arrest if Trustee Wetzelberger or I said one word against him.
Now we will turn the Court of public opinion -- and other reviewing Courts -- on him.
No litigant should suffer the sort of humiliation and deprivation of Procedural and Substantive Due Process that I have seen in this case.
2nd reply: that's why what you and others are doing to shine a light on their malfeasance is so vital if we're going to have the kind of financial and judicial reform that can heal our fractured republic. Right now we have tyranny. It's too bad the mainstream media is once again a dollar short and a day late in their responsibilities. Thankfully, another avenue of information sharing - the Internet - has exploded onto our shared consciousness making the work of you and others of extreme value.
@slewofdamascus We will see how protected this guy really is. There's comes a limit, folks and he has crossed it severely. I can't even begin to count the number of Federal violations here. I've seen it all before from the other side of the camera, Judges ordering the Court silent, calling Deputy Sheriffs around and threatening to arrest me or m client if we dared to object to a bogus ruling..... outright farcical conduct.
Which is precisely why he denied my camera access.
@KingCast65 We all well know that the government is the true criminal class. Usurpers (one who derives a bogus livelihood off the backs of the people) always gravitate toward positions of largess. These vocations include government, the clergy, media, banking, actually, any position where one can be bribed or blackmailed. Yet people continue to line up at the voting booths to vote for their favorite scoundrel and the loan officer's desk to sign yet another mortgage note. Zombies are more aware.
@KingCast65 Sometimes I think that I wish I could go back to my 'pre-aware of the Matrix' days too. The ol' 'ignorance is bliss' sounds pretty good sometimes.
@slewofdamascus The jurisdiction of a court commissioners, or any other temporary judge, to try a cause derives from the parties = stipulation. In the absence of a proper stipulation, a judgment entered by a court commissioner would be void. In re Horton , 54 Cal. 3d 82, 90 (1991)
Mondo never got a stipulation. He did not allow Trustee Wetzelberger to even speak or to ask for a Judge yesterday and on prior occasion he refused to give the Morells a Judge and refused to provide Oath info
@KingCast65 I've watched this mortgage fraud series from a pro se litigant in Arizona whose name is John Stuart (a fascinating character, much like yourself) - watch?v=jdu4WkYij6A&feature=channel_video_title - which is a seminar called "show me the loan" (a play on "show me the note", which he claims is a ploy, given that the loan holder has no legal say in what happens to the note). The fraud in the courts and in the field is a lesson in civics and the law. I'm watching and learning. Thanks.
