There is actually a DVD, I believe, dedicated to the unsung heros of the classic era of Dr Who called "I was a Doctor Who monster" or something of the like, from back when all monsters were made out of yarn and bits of wood :)

Glad to see that things haven't changed that much since then! (I admit that when I watched this episode, I just kind of assumed that they had built a life-sized fully functioning droid for just a couple of scenes- never did it cross my mind that a person might be inside!)
