his graphic card will handel it fine. infact he could turn the settings upto max (with medium textures) at 1280x1024 and get good ffps (around 30fps) he would have to use the norestrictions command tho

There's only a solution to solve the owful stripes with radeon series cards. It to use catalyst 9.1. No other drivers. But in this way, with my 2600 pro I lost dynamic reflexes...

well my computer specs are different as yours, but i also have ATI radeon HD 2600 pro. but in-game if theres alot of people and cars it lags a bit, and graphics are shitty, i cant set the details to minimum, and in menu under Graphics tab i have the red warning message for my graphics card or somethin x___x

Hmm patch 1.0.1 Live! fix it for some cards ,but not for hd 2600 :/ It's must be fixed ,becouse these strips on buildings are very very ugly (--.--)

Oh man :D i think you have no-legal version or u dont have patch :) ,but before i install the patch i have 15-20 fps :) and yes Im shure - i have 20-30 fps without fraps :) i have Catalyst 8.12 , on lowest drivers this gta is running very very bad, oh and man - don't log in in rockstar social club, becouse this is stupid program -.- Just turn it on, but logout :) When ive been logged into RSC i have 10-15 fps O.o

are you shure that you run it with 20-30 FPS ???because I have HD 3650 512 Gddr3 wich is more better than your Vide card, Intel Dual Core 2 Duo E4600 2.40 Ghz, 1.5 Gb of rams DDR400 and what i've got is somewere between 7-19 FPS.Are you shure pls answer.
