I often wish we had a show like TISWAS to watch here in the USA when I was growing up. I liked the Toyah pie sandwich. :)

Song was terrible but clip is brilliant - Dont remember this at all (but loved TISWAS). Is that a policeman who has been semi-pied at about 32 seconds? Thanks for the upload.
