Great video, from my hometown, where we go back to the Creek Indians. Loved the cross, beaches, Blue Angels, etc. I do think the Saengar, Rex Movie theater, St. Michaels, Crown hotel, historic center

Ft. Pickens & more of Palafox St., with the older buildings. I still think it was done well, miss it and brought back memories.

My face lit up when I saw a pic of my pensacola tigers :) my dad will be coaching their football team soon. State champs 2009 baby! I love my home town :) Oh and some ideas to make this vid better are to put pics of the pelicans all over the city and the old rex movie theater downtown,the saengar, the civic center, crowne plaza hotel, blount building, courthouse, and the reynolds music house. I loved this vid!

i got alot of history in pensacola thats were my familey is from 'alvarez' pride my great uncle is in the navy museum too his jacket is any way he was longest lasting american to live when over 200 americans was calt in put in a place named the 'zoo'

This video really hits me in the heart. I was born in Ohio, but have lived in Pensacola my entire life (since I was 1 or 2 years old) and I agree, the beaches are beautiful here. I am really stuck between a rock and a hard place right now however, I have been unemployed for over a year and can't find any work in this city that pay's decent and may have to move just to make a living :( I'm going to miss Pensacola, but what good is it to live here when you can't even make a living?

no. you have to drive (should be around 8-10 hours, unless your willing to shell out the $ for a plane ticket.

Spent most of my teenage years chasing girls on the Beach. Graduated from Tate High in 1998, enlisted in the US Navy and spent six long years away from home. I grew up there and moved away in 1980. You know that cross on the beach? In the 1960's it was the only sign of life between the bridge and ft pickens. Now it's condos and hotels....what a shame.

Oh wow. I cried. I was born here and have never moved away. I love this town. I always talk about how I hate a few things about it, but I love it too much to move away. I'm only 19 now, but since I've always lived here, there are way too many memories to list. Pensacola is one of the greatest places on Earth.
