I think it's called a tiger spider, they sit on a wall and then they jump to catch their prey. Though they are extremely harmless, not agressive at all and rather small. Actually a funny company xD as it doesnt attack or bother you. It's like a grasshopper but spider.

@Lordkaos23 They are called jumping spiders but they are very docile. I have held one in my hand many times without being bitten. Albeit they do bite it is uncommon for them to do so. Hope that helps.
