In my opinion, I think Samir had one of the greatest physiques of all time.. He had a reasonable amount of muscle mass with perfect porportions.. It`s so hard to imagine that at one time a man weighing only about 190 pounds could be Mr Olympia.. Those days are forever gone.
Sammy has no hamstrings but still brance warren came in 2nd place with no forearms so it all evens out today guys seem to have huge shoulders and arms that overshadow there chest and ruin there proportions which are way off if u have 22 inch arm your neck and calves have to be the same or close and your chest needs to be like arnolds was, thats why ronnie coleman won so many Os he had the chest to match his other body parts

It's a rarity. These days it seems nobody and no network has champion bodybuilders on as guest stars. I doubt if the competitions even get much televised coverage. Shame.
the thing is with bodybuilder in that generation is that they looked natural i mean look theres no fat now bodybuilders look horrible they have so much fat and they have lost there brains to steriods i dont know

Regis was one of the few people in mainstream media at this time to give bb's positive publicity and respect. Now, the superjuiced modern pro's have zero credibility with mainstream media.

Samir had an awesome physique, one of the top three most symmetrical physiques of all time. That was bodybuilding; there are no beautiful physiques in the pros any more.
