Tiers are based on people of a similar skill level, little town tournaments are hardly competitive. At a real competitive level in big tournaments, tiers RULE over Brawl. The game is unfathomably unbalanced. Tiers didn't mean anything in SSB. In Melee they were there but people of a similar skill level using a low tier could beat a high tier. In Brawl, it's all about the tiers. Falcon will not beat a Meta of the same skill level

The Items make the game fun. Playing like 'pros' or as I refer to them: 'n00bs' takes out all the fun. Brawl was meant to be played as is, not make up artificial rules. Anyone can win, depending on their skill. even the same person (assuming we could clone them) fought eachother in a 1-1 match, it'd be a random selection on who'd win. Meta (like earlier stated) Is NOT THAT GOOD. The reason most of us hate teirs is because people like you act like they're a bible and ridicule people.

The same way you can argue that the game is intended to be played with items, the ability to turn items off when you want to turn them off makes it intended to be played without items too. unless you hack it and do whats not usually available, you're playing it how its intended to be played.

You don't need Plan Zero to restore the old Rest. Their are already existing codes to increase strength, change angle, and add fire.

Brawl+ gave Jiggs her old Rest (though they recently re-removed the fire because it rapes Ivysaur and gets raped by Squirtle).

Yeah, Plan Zero is a moveset modifier that can change the moveset of any character. It's not released, but when it is I'll be sure to send you a message.

Plan Zero/ Project SA is a hack that lets you alter a character's moveset. They have to have the animation for the move (You can't give mario a falcon punch, or yoshi a bow and arrow) but from there you can edit basically everything. It's not available to the public yet, though. By the way, I'm pretty sure I have your skype but I'm not positive. Could you send me a message of what your skype name is please? Thank you!

1. When Mario's exclamation mark disappeared

2. Capt. Falcon's frame at 0:16 changed barely and that cut is a little bit jumpy.
