I went to bintan for 3 days and I came back last night. While I was in the sea, this huge ass fish jumped up high and went across the water right 5 cm near to my moms back. That must have been a barracuda then..and it looks exactly like this one :/

Barracudas are seriously powerful fish. They're amazingly strong and, in a way, they're beautiful. However, you should probably avoid them because I know a girl who got totally mauled by one and my mum had a friend who was also mauled by another. They're not vicious, though, they only attack because of their survival insticts. They attack to get food and to defend themselves and there's nothing wrong with that.

I know barracudas are most likely not to attack but if they did they could take your arm off not literally but ripping skin and muscle off to the extent off removal of the arm or limb.

Me and my dad scuba dive with barracudas all the time. They just follow you around and want to play. Even though they don't attack and kill humans, I still don't feel comfortable with those teeth.

Wrong. It's Ciguatera Poisoning and not just barracuda can have it, any apex predator such as grouper, snapper, AJ's, etc. It's called bio-accumulation. Micro-Organisms in tropical waters produce Ciguatoxin and it travels up the food chain. Only in TROPICAL waters.

If you watch closely, the barracuda wasn't going after the tuna, it was going after the smaller part of the lure, or ballyhoo, you had that was inching up the line from where the tuna was on the hook.
