Dude, this is "Kick Ass" information. Not everyone has a place to rent a good camera or owns one for that matter. My GL1 was good for a few things, then the sound dropped 2 weeks ago and left me high and dry. This will be a great way to get some things done, learn more and not pay a lot of money to do it.

Well, usually the public access is provided by the cable TV compaines. Its the concession they have to make to the public for being a public utility. So if yu have cable TV contact them and ask about what public access channels they have available.

You have a college there! I kno THEY have a similar program. Do yu have cable TV there? Usually cable TV has to provide community access channels for the right to sell their services within a community. Here, we have 3 community access channels and we're just a small town.
