What is impressive is that he is still using his signals to pass....it is raining...and the cabin is quiet enough to have a conversation yet you still hear the symphonic rumble of that motor....I just went from my e46 to this car here...the 330...it is a bastard stepchild now...as the 328 and the 335 have taken over...but I love the machine.

Nice, but certainly not impressive. The engines are ok .BMW 335i only 300bhp come on. WRX STI or lancer EVO can do it better, and are faster ! Without limiter 275 km/h.
Not bad, but the rate of acceleration is not what I would expect for a car with that much power. I have seen and own a quicker car than that (upto 190kph anyway) awesome top speed, but getting there for a bmw, especially one with 258bhp seems a little laboured. Is the engine brandnew ?

Agree, BMW= best ENGINEer on planet. Still I don't understand how 3430lb car 164hp/Tn can do 165mph, and supposedly "supercar" EVO VIII fq-400 =3108lb with 287hp/Tn can't do over 176mp, BMW M6= 3909lb, 282hp/Tn tops 210mph+, unbelievable
