when you save the pivots as a gif it will ask you the frame rate on that little box that pops op before you save, set the frame rate at 7-10 somewhere in there not over or under between 7 and 10

just click "next frame" twice.... alot simpler you just cant move it a whole ton

if you put two frames, it'll look less smooth... this is basically just saying to put a frame of motion between each double-frame
