He hasnt even said anything. He is right about keeping the yeast happy. It boils down to making a good wort and keeping the yeast happy. What? NH drinks a couple of blue moons and all the sudden he is a beer expert? And Bee must have been in in Mesopotamia when the discovered beer, there is no way that he is just repeating something he heard like this guy.

Actually the earliest beers come from the Neolithic, there is evidence off beer brewing in neolithic china before there was a Mesopotamia.

there is evidence but they were unable to confirm if it was fermented or not. may have been just a sweet drink
