The statement is facetious and not meant to make literal sense, it was a dig at the person I was responding to (ie, perfect ratio Pythag ref). As an aside, while it's used liberally on the internet, it's really not good writing form to end a statement following the misuse of an ellipsis (that is three full stops or periods as US people call them - never use more than three) with a question mark when the question is implied.
