Pokemon Fire Red : Blastoise VS The Elite Four Part 1/2

Blastoise isn't getting any experience points...it's at level 100...what a waste. Let me tell you, on Blue Version I kept taking just Jolteon against the Elite Four...with no other Pokemon in my party. I took it several times, and on the last run, against Blue's final Pokemon, it grew to level 100. I did not waste any experience points.
