What this is happening here is a Titan missile being launched from most likley a nuclear submarine. The fighter jet shown here is an F-15 eagle. It is edited over the missile. You can tell this because F-15 do not give of smoke from the exaust nozzle. That and the fact that the only fighter jet capable of this would need to be either a jump jet or the F-35.

the missiles also exit dry; the gas bubble created by the gas generator in the bottom of the tube carries them to the surface, and when the bubble reaches the surface and pops, then the igniters fire and the missile takes off. that's why they seem to broach, start sliding back down, and then take off.
