That explanation of morale/will is almost complete, there are some pilots like Gadio (OG 1) who didn't get +1 will when he hit (if I'm correct) but he did get +6 when he KO'd someone. I know there's some other pilots like that. Keep an eye out for that

Oh I downloaded this game the bin/cue version, and it said that the voices in the battle intact version but when I play the game I hear no voices during the battle scenes unlike here. I tried with epsxe version 1.60 and 1.70 and still no sound? Is there some newer version or something? I have the srwag-engv095b.bin version.

Will/Morale also increases general damage you do and decreases damage you take. For example, at 150 will, you'll do more damage than at 100. Can't say how much more, though, it's from my own experience. I also think it decreases damage taken, but I'm unsure. So it's not just a requirement for some attacks, it's also good by itself for additional damage.

it works as a stats multiplaer, like at 150 morale, your pilots star would be temporaly multiply by X1,5 giving a 50% boost
thats how it works, so it boost damage, defence, dodge and aim

It's funny you said that. His name is regularly spelled Kacrikon or Kakrikon in the translation. So I started to joke about it, spelling his name Qakhrickon and things like that!
