So, actually what you do there is stimulating the tension receptors at the insertion point of the muscles tendon and at the same time lenthening the muscle. Am I right?
im a drummer i got tendonitis for 6 years now , i got it from my elbow to the fingers in both hands it is horrible and i cant find the right treatment i'm 25 and this start when i was 19 it is horrible i got pain all the time
i have tendonitis in my elbow from pitching the orthopedics doc. said to take anti inflamitory medicine and to noe pitch for 2 weeks, then slow grow back into pitching, should i wear an elbow brace? when i am not pitching?
hey quick question, im 13 i play guitar, and baseball. im pretty sure that the baseball started my tendonitis. i rested from the practices and some games... we had a short break from games/practice but it kept getting worse and i didnt know why.. i was wondering if playing guitar could do this....i practice guitar about 2 hrs a day...what should i do
i got tendonitis in wrist... went to physio.. and got injection of some sort to bathe tendons... that was months ago... now its come back....any advice? paul
Get ART done.... it is different than what you have probably had before.... that is the only advise I would give to anyone asking for medical advise. Personally if I didn't find a provider when I was in pain, I would have ended up having surgery. ART is different.
Hey, excellent video. I'm a pianist and I have tendonitis in my forearms (upper part). I'm doing electrodes and acupressure with a chiropractor. Do you think that's enough or can I do something else to help my current rehab?
Im 13 doctor said i have elbow tend. How long do i have to wait for my elbows to stop cracking, and hurting, also when can i start weight training again?
Personally if I were you I would go seek an Active Release Provider in your area because at the age of 13 you should not be having tendonitis... it could be something you are doing in your workout so get it checked out and your provider will tell you about what you can and cant do in your workout
Can tendenitis occur in mutiple places at once? this video was very informative and helped me out alot. Active release techniques (ART) i can tell can work on multiple injuires. When you perform active release techniques on a patient with tendinitis the results are fast~

Well I am no expert for the fingers/wrist issue I had a lot of benefit from this videos "stretching"
/watch?v=hUyMNyrOHJQ
So it might help at least your fingers/wrist.

Usually it takes a manual pressure to breakup scar tissue... maybe Im bias but Active Release is the best at doing this in a short amount of time.
Let me know if you would like me to refer you to someone who can help in your area
