Part 1 -

Your tutorial is much appreciated. It did, however remind me of my mother when I try to teach her things I am familiar with.... in that, when someone comes to you with a question of not knowing how to do something - ie, such as the topic your video addresses - we need to realize that most people who come to us have no idea what to do - NOR are they anywhere near as familiar with things as we are while we're explaining things at a breakneck pace

so for feedback purposes only, I'd have to side with a couple other comment-makers and raise your awareness of how hastily you covered everything. I am a pretty experienced email user - so I did manage to sort-of keep up - but it was indeed difficult, as I had to go over several points multiple times.

My suggestion - if you find value in it - is to slow down... be just a little bit more methodical, but more importantly - spend some time explaining what you're doing and WHY . . .
