It's not really Claire, the point is that from behind Kate THINKS it's Claire. She's paranoid because she's lied to the world about Aaron and everything is starting to fall apart.

1:39 is Claire. She disappeared in the jungle because Christian (Jacob's Nemesis, camouflaged as Christian) lured her away. He wanted to prevent Claire from raising Aaron. Because Aaron would be a threat to Jacob's Nemesis. As the psychic pointed out, it is crucial that Claire raises her baby and noone else. And why is there no trace of Claire? Because she got teleported back in time, thus being older when she tries to take back her baby in the supermarket.

Wasn't her. Claire's a regular in Season 6 again, with the same actress as usual. This was just some random woman meant to signify Aaron belongs with his real family, not Kate.
