To stun the opponent u have to headbutt(up+h) the person when they are hitting, in other words it's a semi counter

Yeah I know you asked this two months ago but if I'm not mistaken to get all the hits, you got to mash all three buttons. So you can't just mash two buttons or simply mash the right trigger if you are using the controller.

After his level 3 hyper u can extended if u have another bar by doing the haggar press right after the 3 angle pile driver when he first touches the ground activate the body press and if done right away it will work

There are 4 levels of the rapid fire fists and you'll know when you do the long one when a red aurora comes out of haggar's body just after the first punch

For the extended rapid fire fists just button smash L+M+H before the first punch during the blue screen, it's easy

@gerherbel u mean dizzy? to dizzy ppl u have to headbutt them. Up+H (or C i think it is in MvC3 controls.)

if u get a counter hit with it. itll dizzy a grounded opponent. and if u get a counter hit an air opponent. itll make any move used after that. OTG the opponent. and the headbutt causes a hard knockdown. so u can do that. then do his fist super and the first hit of it will otg. just an example. better to go for a combo

Getting all 30 hits with the super is not that hard. The trick is that you have to start mashing buttons when the screen does the super freeze.

The number of hits on the super is determined by the times you press the buttons between the initial super flash and the first hit. After the first hit it makes no difference how much the buttons are pressed. So just do a piano motion and you can get 24-26 hits easy, for 30 hits takes a bit of mashing but is pretty doable.

@mlkchalk Other than the Arthur combo, they all work on pretty much any character but you might have to readjust the combo a bit depending on the size of the opponent.

@zerodotjander You have to do his pipe as late as you can. The more hits you fit into a combo before trying the relaunch, the harder it is to do it because the opponent will recover quicker.

For people asking how I get more hits with the qcf hyper, I mash (controller type a or stick type b) by using my left hand on L and right hand on M and H. I start mashing during the hyper animation and stop once I see Haggar have a red aura. As for the jp qcf S, the more higher you do it, the more hits and damage you get, but won't be able to combo with an OTG dp hyper since you recover too slow. Hope that clears everything. :)
