I got in the game cause I preordered the game July 27, I got in on Dec 13th. The game has been highly anticipated since it was announced, of course it was gonna be a shitload of people trying to get in the game. People just whine and bitch about almost anything. The game is new, it's gonna have fucking bugs. Skyrim what, won game of the year, and it's loaded with bugs? You can't compare a game that has been out not even 2 months to a game(s) that have been out for years.

I had a problem with them turning off their phones even after the rush they had a msg of due to high call volume but yet they werent taking any calls so how could there be high call volume?? I know this is weeks old, but what you failed to cover was the true point of the advertisement. The promotion started in November stating "You May get up to 5 days early access" and they did state "first come first serve" with that wording and system they could EASILY known that 5 days at that point was IMPOSSIBLE to deliver by the time made Ad. Basicly i cant Ad "Come buy my game and i'll give you 1 month free if youre first 1000" after ive already sold 2000, cuz its Impossible at time of ad.

They added a crap load of servers when they realized the numbers. However this is a new game and many went back to their creature comfort MMO's for the time being till this game started age a bit like wine.

well wait a second in all fairness saying you may get early access is a little misleading. It's like they were trying to make a selling point without actually promising anyhting. Something simillar happened with WoW. They gave you the first month free but you had to pay for the second month to access it. tsk tsk tsk.

@Limejello10512 Not really. "You may get" and "You WILL get" have two different meanings. They said "You MAY get" because it depends on 1. When you pre ordered it in the first place. 2. Their progress with finishing the game. And 3. If the server populations are low enough for them to allow more people, and they didn't know yet.

Its first come first serve, and also a reward for thoes who show their faith in the game by pre ordering months in advance. It was never a guarantee.

It was always stated that early access would be first come, first served. That was the entire point behind preorders starting so damn early, before there was even a release date.
