You can find Matthew Henry's Commentary on the New Testament online for free. I recommend reading what it has to say about the book of Revelations. It was the default view of Christianity from the 1500's (or earlier) up until about 1930... and I think they were right. Modern preachers keep trying to re-interpret it... I think we need to pay attention to the wisdom of some of those who have gone before.

For all of us fall short of the grace of God. Let us compare what we each have done for the church, for Israel and how many people we have touched with the Word... then perhaps we would think twice for knocking someone that is doing what we are commanded to do (spread the gospel). In the end, is it just John that will be repentant? Won't we all be humbled and won't we all have to learn and be taught the TRUTH when we get to the "other side" of the gate?

@FHardison I know itis an old post. I am a Christian and as I sit here I know Chrisians that believe in Jesus as the son of God. I myself used to go to them all, help them all, buy them things, read the bible to them etc..and never say a thing about it. Today, my back I am finding out is so bad that I may not get better and NOBODY not ONE of them has come to me to help me. If it was not for my neighbor I don't know where I'd be. I get a sad sick feelinging for them as they talk big.

They are a "numbered company" indicating their firstfruit status. Id have to watch this 100 times to take all this information in. I added it to favorites and subscribed. I think John Hagee is a wealth of bible information. It is hard to find a church in my area that preaches such good bible teachings.

You can find Matthew Henry's Commentary on the New Testament online for free. I recommend reading what it has to say about the book of Revelations. It was the default view of Christianity from the 1500's (or earlier) up until about 1930... and I think they were right. Modern preachers keep trying to re-interpret it... I think we need to pay attention to the wisdom of some of those who have gone before.

No time for candy coatings and "fillers"...The "rapture" isn't in the bible! It's not biblical and you need to stop and read for yourself the book of Matthew 24:3-35 (without injecting "doctrine" into it!) "Who" is Jesus talking to in these verses? when he says (at least 11 times!) "you" ....? Is Jesus fooling these suffering disciples into having a "positive" attitude?
