Love, love, LOVE this vid!! The song is SO perfect for Cangel, and, again, you picked the perfect clips for it. I really appreciate the clips from Buffy. Its nice to remember how much history they have & how sweet he was to her, even back then. Cordy really was absolutely perfect for Angel. They complimented & brought out the best in each other. And Cordy made Angel SMILE!!! That's enough for me! Lol! ;) Another great job, girl! :)
The thing is, Angelus/Angel wasn't a teenage boy; he was over 200 years old. I could never believe he'd even be attracted to someone like Buffy, let alone fall in love with her. Buffy had no there, there.
But I can see Angel finding himself drawn to Cordy...she was so outrageous. He would have liked someone so out there. He would have liked the fact that she was unpredictable...cuz after 240 plus years, predicting what people are gonna do...must be a snap.
WORD. BA were such a farce - they were made out to be this big thing and yet when you dissected them, they were a total mess of lies, distrust, lack of acceptance and lack of chemistry.
i completely agree with all your comments. before seeing angel and cordy in angel series, i was fond of buffy and angel but now I hesitate a lot. Because cordy is so funny i love everything she says and she makes Angel so happy... I would like that Angel and Cordy scenes never end...
Thank you! Cordelia was as close to perfect for Angel as they got, they were the best couple in the verse because their relationship was based in friendship and they really loved each other. It's shame they never got a real chance because they would have been spectacular.
And the episode is 'Some Assembly Required' from BTVS S2...I'm pretty sure, LOL.
yea Joss likes to do that to us huh? He did it with Spike and Buffy when I KEPT tuning in to see if they'd end up together (well I loved the show to but you know what I mean) Then I started watching Angel and did the same thing for Cordy and Angel. He loves to get your hopes up and just not much it happen. I think he did it because he didn't wonna piss off the Buffy/ Angel fans but God Buffy and Angel were so childish and over dramatic together. It was puppy love
