@critic480 what do u do for a living? How broke can a man be when they have a life time deal with reebok earning $7million a year ? Oh yea suck Allen Ezail Iversons' DICK you hating ass faggot
what is wrong being a 6th man. he just got bs management in later years that media did not report. they screwed him too. so too himself.. when he comes back he is unlikely to be a starter. he just needs a good team. every team player is important. nothing wrong coming of the bench. I hope his old bad ways have been put to rest. he has had life changing wake up call.
Allen Iverson became a victim of the media's influence in the NBA. He was in his prime like Kobe then all of a sudden, he gets benched and people start calling him a 6th man. Why?
It's amazing how Allen Iverson went from the most hot topic in the NBA when he was traded in 2006 to dropped from the face of the NBA map by 2011. In 2008, analysts and writers started to say that he was a 6th man at best, but he'd just finished a season where he'd averaged 25ppg on a team where he wasn't always the first option. If you're not a media sweet-heart, you can't get a break.
@vincentrich Yeah I kno what you mean I live here in Denver so speaking from experience yea I remember when we first got a.i from philly in the beggining of 06-07 season and everything was all good n normal for the two seasons with him 07' and 08' then when 08-09 dnt even start yet media dnt even mention a.i alot with denver, and then 3 games in he got traded to detroit. and since then they wanted to bench him, and he's been with memphis, n back n philly, now nt even in the nba.
His interview was so fresh...like a breath of fresh air. I don't know if anyone can understand what I mean, but the way he spoke in this interview, the way he looked at the camera, it was so minimalist, so real...it's like I could feel his emotion and I think he's such a good person this guy...I feel his heart.
