ok, i just tried it and it tasted very good, however i did not have the mango powder, are there any substitutes?.....also i dont know if i was doing something wrong but a few of the potatoes exploded while i was frying them, it was a little dangerous.....but very tasty....
Glad to note you liked it. Press the potatoes slightly and they will not explode. Instead of dried mango powder you can add dried pomegranate powder - it will give a different flavour but will be tasty nevertheless.
