  • Thumbs up if marry the night brought you here :)

  • I love your physical, facial and aural expression, but i would love it more if we could see your finger works!

  • @masoax

    2.30?

  • all you are olds? just asking

  • very nicely played but far too slow I think

  • Wow, awesome interpretation. It is very difficult to make this piece sound clear and well, it does. I'm playing it, too. Since a few months and one passage is very difficult for me, it's at 7:30 - 7:34. How can I practise that?

I'm playing it since a few days very slowly and I'm trying to get faster.

But at the speed of the allegro part it sounds like chaos.

btw I've got an upright piano, is this the reason?

    Regards :)

  • @SoliGrand if the allegro is cloudy and chaotic you need to be lighter with the peddle and release the keys more quickly. Think light like a feather in both your fingers and with your foot. I doesn't take a lot of pressure to create a wonderful sound in this allegro. Try playing it several times with no peddle at all and just listen. if the keys are clunky, it's too hard. You can make an upright sound amazing with the right touch.

  • Lovely performance. It's so nice to hear this played by someone who understands that "allegro" does not mean "presto" -- as a result, this is magnificently intelligible. And that piano has a beautiful tone.

  • @nendwr Totally agree. Must be a Steinway for Beethoven in my view.

  • Grazie Ludwig il tuo capolavoro il 1 mov scritto nel 1795 è uno dei migliori lavori della letteratura pianistica mondiale

  • 4:23 :D

  • che emozione!!

  • this is one of the most beautiful songs beethoven ever wrote.

  • Is this piece Romantic or Classical?

  • Although Beethoven's music is Classical, this piece is a breakthrough of his style of impression.

  • Excellent interpretation. It is played as the master would wanted it. very good!!

  • so?

    every pianist plays differently

and maybe he felt it sounded better a little slower.

so keep it to yourself CokeToBe

  • Is it so hard to play faster? Performance was good, but there are much things that I (and most of the other pianists) would play differently...

  • what are you referring to?

  • bravo vecchiaicio

    p

  • good performance. this movement is one of the most beautiful work for piano. i love the pathetique sonata. many thanks Ludwig van

  • Beethoven's first name is just Ludwig. His last name is van Beethoven, but people just refer to him as Beethoven.

  • It is a very gentle tone.

I am practicing this tune now.

I will ..thing.. refer to the thing and the tempo of the pedal.

Did what do you request from this tune, do it transmit to the person who listened

or very did you want to express Batorven ・・・?

It holds out by a variety of thinking to be expressible.

  • Good interpretation! I'd play it a bit faster, and a little louder in the Grave. Very nice!

  • i love this so much!

  • i'd play the first part a little bit faster. But it's a good performance indeed. :)

  • think before u talk plz

  • I thought and played on it.

  • YOu ain't got that attitude at elder people.

How to use ped is different from pe to pe.

I think he is doing good job, and you shouldn't say shit like you can't.

  • with all do respect his interpretation is very innovative and represents a huge amount of amazing technique

  • I'm mature enough.I'm graduating best Scl.

I not intended to offend you, but listen boy.

Sometimes we hav to handle music against Music. What we should do is playing Beeth's intention.

  • Listen 'boy'?

    Excuse me.

But I find it sounds rather dry, and non romantic without pedel, so I beleive that those editing marks for pedal in that section probably survived through editors, with Beethoven's original marks, though it was written in an entirely different way, which is the only reason they use editors.

  • OK, whatevr!

But that's how he feels at this music.

Nobody can deny what people think, but you did.

secondly,it does take courage to put through Youtube what he played, that's really commendable.

Are you able to do that, I dont think so, Child.

Thirdly, Does he look like he need damn Advice?

    Think it over, sport.

  • I forgot to mention the good parts. Thats an important thing in constructive criticism.

Such as how it was played after the dramatic chords. It was at the right speed, and well played.

So, I think we just had a misunderstanding.

I also will commend him on playing it with much more ease than I do.

He also plays the third movement very well.

Something also changed in my demeanor today, it seems...

  • *it seems・・・*what?

    Well, good.

I'm glad you mature enough to argue over.

    Peace.

  • [///continue]Just because yours marked pedal doesn't mean right. Evn though,Pedal's marked, we put it or not according to the note and sound.

It could be mistakes of Publisher that Bee really doesn't intend

and consider what we should do, and decide how we play. For us, it aint even the matter of WRONG or RIGHT anymore, you hear?

    So learn it.

  • If you followed Beethoven's original pedal markings, you'd end up with a REALLY blurry version of the song. Beethoven loved to use the pedal, my piano teacher told me that on several accounts he'd put his foot down and never lift it till the end of the piece. But then it's also important to note that pianos made back then are much different in terms of mechanics than today's modern piano.

So basically, it's all about perspective.
