牛肉河粉! Yum. 3/5 is a pretty good score, and the final result looks quite tasty. I bet some Thai basil would really jazz it up even more.

I wish we could get so many different kinds of instant noodles here in Canada :(.

Because I don't mean "basil"? Most Western people, when you say basil, think of Sweet Basil. Thai basil is a specific type of basil with a licorice taste that is very good in many Vietnamese soups like this one. You criticizing me for saying "Thai basil" is like saying someone is a dumbass for saying "green beans" instead of just "beans" when talking about beans, when a kidney bean, green bean, and soybean are all totally different. Think before you open your mouth.
