  • Great motivational speaker but i belive that as a pastor he is misleading a LOT of people about the true nature of God and the need for a savior.

  • @tthielen1 - you can say that again....

  • @tthielen1 ::: Joel addresses his sermons to Christians, who already have taken care of their need for a savior. He does teach the true nature of God and how to be in His favor. As a pastor, he has the largest "flock" in the country. Why not ask his members what they think of his 'pastorship'?

  • i remember when my first car broke(2 years ago..im only 20) ive always wanted a mustang...i prayed about it..i thanked God for it...i expected it..and waited patiently...and i told my friends n family that the next car i would get would be a mustang..i got one at a suprisingly low price and very nice...God did this...and know theres this mustang gt giveaway contest..and ive been praying to have a new car while traveling playing college ball..these r Gods works and that mustang is mines.Thank God

  • Love to Joel Osteen and his family!

  • Joel Osteen is excellent morale booster. I love listening to him all time although I am not a christian.

  • Prophets have been called by God to speak for Him and to be His messenger. God speaks to these men who are commanded to reveal to mankind His plan of salvation, His will, His character, and His truth. A prophet testifies of Jesus Christ as the Son of God, that He died for our sins, they preach of repentance, condemnation, judgment, sin, and eternal torment. These are the things that prophets of God do, but that Joel Osteen as a false prophet does not.

  • @Rylucero ::: Joel addresses his sermons to Christians. He is a teacher, he does not prophesy, so he cannot be a false prophet. You are confused in your desire to damage a true man of God.

  • @k0smon You lack much in the way of understanding foolish one, it is God who discloses the truth, it is he who discovers the deep things out of the darkness, it is he who reveals the mysteries of his grace, his judgment, his love, his condemnation and his plan to his children, which is unknown to the natural man, that is he who considers himself wise and prudent, yet has no understanding regarding the things of God, regarding his providence, for he is lost and ignorant of his devices.

  • @Rylucero ::: Rylucero and the God of the bible: what a team. Both false in fact, but very high sounding. The scriptures are not the word of God, just ancient religious texts. "It is a combination of Platonic and Alexandrian doctrines, with the doctrines of Apollonius of Tyanna..." ("Antiquity Unveiled", Cyrillus Luchar)

"Vein is the hope that rests upon another's merits" We are responsible for our own sins. That is the real plan of salvation.

  • The quotable false Prophet Joel Osteen on Larry King Live, King asks Joel, What if you're Jewish or Muslim, you don't accept Christ at all? Osteen then responds, you know, I'm very careful about saying who would and wouldn't go to heaven. I don't know. Joel Osteen by his very words denies that acceptance of Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior is the only way that salvation is possible for the unbeliever.

  • @Rylucero ::: Joel does not act as judge, nor does he quote the bible in judgement. He leaves the judging up to Rylucero and God. They both being co-equal in knowledge and power, are sure to deliver a double whammy on whoever Rylucero think needs it.

  • @k0smon You lack sound judgment, for we who are called are not to allow the spiritually dead to distort the truth, for the Spirit reveals to us the evil bewitchments , machinations and enticements that the wicked use to mislead those who are perishing and are destined for hell. You choose to defend these fools who are averse to the truth and whose folly is found in their detestable doctrines and teaching that the scriptures speak to, 2 Timothy 6:2-5:, Romans 16:17, 18; and 1 Corinthians 2:15;.

  • @k0smon Your perspective is that of a fool, whereas scripture speaks with wisdom regarding those whose walk is disorderly, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the LORD, who is with you in the judgment.", 2nd Chronicles 19:6; "Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by." Zechariah 3:7;.

  • @k0smon You misspeak, the scriptures speak to these abhorrent fools who are repugnant, detestable and opposed to truth, they who desire not to admonish falsehood, but to embrace it so as to deceive the hearts of the simple. “ He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD Proverbs 17:15;. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. Ephesians 5:11;.

  • @k0smon You lack much in the way of understanding, the scriptures speak much to these abominations of deceit,” Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” John 7:24. There are many scriptures that speak of righteous judgment by those who hear God’s words and pronounce His judgments based on truth, Leviticus 19:15; Deuteronomy 1:16; Deuteronomy 16:18; Judges 2:16-19; 2nd Chronicles 19:5; Ezra 7:25; Isaiah 1:17; Ezekiel 23:45; Romans 2:27; and 1st Kings 3:9;..

  • The quotable false Prophet Joel Osteen on Larry King Live, King asks Joel, if you believe you have to believe in Christ? They're wrong, aren't they? Osteen then responds, Well, I don't know if I believe they're wrong. But I just think that only God will judge a person's heart. I spent a lot of time in India with my father. I don't know all about their religion. But I know they love God. Joel by his own ignorance or deceit equates the god(s) of Hinduism with that of the Lord Jesus Christ!

  • The quotable false Prophet Joel Osteen on Larry King Live, King asks Joel, how about issues that the church has feelings about? Abortion? Same-sex marriages? Osteen responds, Yeah. You know what, Larry? I don't go there. King asks, you don't call them sinners? Osteen responds, I don't. King later asks, is that a word you don't use? Osteen responds back, I don't use it.. Although, Joel doesnt use it, the word "sin" appears in the King James Version of the Bible hundreds of times!
