Who's first pokemon, the player's or the gym leader's? Well, the gym leader's first is Raichu. Catch a Pikachu at the Trophy Garden, inside the mansion below Hearthome City, then use a Thunder Stone on it for a Raichu.

The player's first is Garchomp. Go to Cycle Road and UNDER the bridge is an UNSEEABLE entrance. Go there (you need Strength) and go down the stairs. Down there you can run upon (kinda rare though) a Gible. Catch it and it evolves into Gabite at lvl 24 and then to Garchomp at lvl 48. Garchomp is the big powerhouse of Sinnoh like Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence and Metagross was in the previous games.

Every pokemon gives away EV's. Depending on the pokemon depends on what EVs you get from them. Every pokemon that gets EXP from a defeated pokemon gets those EV's from it. Example:

A Seaking gives 2 Attack EVs. So, If you fought and defeated a Seaking, ALL of the pokemon you used and got EXP will get 2 Attack EVs.

To evolve Roselia you need a Shiny Stone. I believe that is at Iron Island.

To evolve machoke you need to trade it.

People underestimate electricity in the games' latter stages. Rock and ground types are hardly used after, say, the third gym, so there's 2 big weaknesses gone. It can obliterate the popular water, flying and occasional steel types, and the attacks are powerful.

Water's my fave type, though.

Pokemon D&P is the best game ever. Unlike other pokemon games you can do a 2 on 2 battle aswell as 1 on 1. There is this feature called poketech where you can upload stuff on it like clocks, steps you've taken and other things. Also in these versions you can not only collect pokemon from the game but also you can insert any other pokemon game (like pokemon gold or ruby etc.) into the slot at the bottom and you can transfer any pokemon into this newer version (even if it is not in pokemon D&P)

Also, vitamins like protein etc, provide a boost of 10 ev's in their stat, if you're loaded and want to sort out a balanced set of ev's for one pokémon, give them 10 proteins, irons, carbos, calciums, and the other one (i forgot its name!) and a hp-up.

Iv's are individual values, it's these and a pokémons nature which determines their stats, there is a maximum of 32 iv's in one stat, and Ev's stand for effort values, these are how you boost your pokémon in a certain stat, for example, if you wanted to make a pokémon faster, you should make it fight pokémon who's speed is their best stat eg zubat. In each stat, the most amount of ev's you can have is 255, and per pokémon, the most ev's they can have collectively is 510.

My Zangoose is my favourite! It knows:

Yeah I was thinking about training my one with Fire Blast up. That way I can keep Crush Claw! So Psychics will be easy to defeat.

Plus Groundon causes sunlight to appear, so my Zangoose can kill it one hit, and Thunder Kyogre, and Ice Beam Raquazza. And it holds a Focus Band, so it can't be knocked out in one hit! :D

Yeah but being a normal means it only has one weakness, Zangoose are immune to poison, and it has a Focus Band equipped. She's my "Sweeper Killer".

Also, I do have other Pokemon trained up, like my Kecleon that has:

Psybeam

It lands Super Effective hits with EVERY attack, no matter what the opponents type is. :D

That's not exactly how toxic spikes works. The 1st time you use it, it will only poison the people who step on them. But use it twice and the toxin is upgraded to a super poison, like the poison that comes from the move Toxic. Sorry I corrected you, its just that using that move is my battle strategy. B )

Over leveling prove that you have no confidence in your skill so much that you need to be 10+ level hiher then the boss you're about to face. And a lack of confidence = lack of skills. I knew I would be able to beat this asshole (the boss, not this guy) with pokemon in the low 40s
