the artwork on both JSA titles is great stuff. People bag out on Magog who I think the DCU needs - the character that agitates the others makes it interesting. Blackest Night Flash # 1 = bore.

I wanted to like JSA All-Stars much more than I did. But it did reintroduce one of my favourite JSA villains, Johnny Sorrow. I'll keep picking it up.

I agree, except the episode is waaaay shorter. They should keep the longer format and still put info in text at the end.

I'm not bashing the short format at all, it'll be cool for a review of two comics. But three people reviewing two comics is weird. I almost wish for a review of one comic (or graphic novel) that Alex, Justin, and Pete could review. Sometimes 30 seconds a comic, per person, doesn't seem like enough. Though I completely understand the time limits.

Quickest show ever - I've read JONAH HEX 50 and LOVE IT! Enjoyed the references to Sam Fuller's great cult western 40 Guns and the Bounty Kill Montage was very funny and clever.

I think the fact that they rip out their hearts is meant to be more symbolic than actual scientific fact. I like it, it gives the deaths a bit more of shock and it's cool the way they go after the source of the emotional power and also the way they see people as the emotions they're currently feeling.

First of all, another great episode, guys. That being said, I gotta say I sure miss the longer, 10 minute shows. I enjoy your show not just for the reviews, but for your personalities. With the shorter shows, that aspect, which I think makes your show excel, just doesn't get a chance to shine through. And speaking of beer ... Don't forget Yuenglings BLACK and TAN !!!! I just happened to like, Jonah Hex :P Movie looks like it will be funny.

JSA All-Stars as much as I like the Justice Society, didn't do anything for me. The concept is good but now that it happened, I liked the one big team better. Yes,very cramped in JSA AS, more so then in the regular title it seems. Might be the hard 90's Image comic art.

Loved Flash Blackest Night along with all titles Blackest Night. So far Doom Patrol is the only cross over not doing anything for me there.

The return of Pete!!! I agree Justice League is in disarray but Justice Society is good. Jonah Hex is amazing has been pretty much all the way through.
