This is the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, and I can assure you that every single musician on stage was focused on what the Maestro was telling us. @organboi Every great conductor has their own views, styles and interpretations of a particular piece...that is what makes classical music so interesting.  They orchestra may consist of very talented, experienced musicians--but they are not mind-readers.
