all you have to do to do what she is doing is stretch and you will be able to do splits and back bends very easily but you have to stretch everyday and you will become more flexible it really helped me and i didn't go to gymnastics at all i can do all of that with a snap of a finger and yes sometimes it dose hurt but you start to get used to it fast AFb4L xoxo
