  • What this vid indicates is not true. Bench pressing and training your legs don't boost your testosterone. If that's the case bodybuilders would be doing this... but they're not, why? cause this shit would only work with PH's.

    Another vid promoting not to take roids due to their hate to the sport. I say fuck it! take PH's adequately with PCT's and a well balance diet, vitamins & you shall have no problems.

  • @MrDeniVip Nothing will cure gyno, you need to get that cut out. Gyno is breast tissue forming on a man because of increased estrogen, usually caused by doing a cycle of steroids and not taking the proper PCT(post cycle therapy) which should include nolvadex and clomid at the very least.

    causing elevation in LH Hormone which in turn signals the testicles to produce

    The sex drive is not when Testosterone is high ,but because of the LH hormone

    production before it causes the T increment

    absolutely WRONG! higher test levels wont give you any gino, on countrary HIGH ESTROGEN levels will. its estrogen that causes bitch tits not testosterone itself! yes test does aromatize but in doing so its not the test. that literally is giving you a gyno.

  • @Deividukx he exagarates a little, I personaly know people who drink evry night and they are very muscular with little bodyfat. In high doses it does not help bodybuilding, However a recent study has proven 1 beer is good for the blood circulation and hydrates the body

  • @aldfjak only in high levels. Small doses thin the blood, increase heart health, and although catoblic itself releaves excersise induced stress which is more catabolic in that perspective. Testosterone is developed in more than one way in the body and what can increase one hormone in one part of the body can affect other hormone production in other parts of the body.

  • I also wanted to say that pushing yourself to the limit on every set of every exercise is a two edged sword. You should really only aim to make your last set of every exercise intense, and brutal- or else you risk blunting your GH levels. That and of course over training.

If you want to provide one study from the fields of sports medicine or endrocinology, I will gladly rebuke my own words. Im not trying to be a dick, just trying to shed some light on this.

  • Soy protien doesnt raise yor E levels. Thats a myth. The molecules in soy protien look similar to estrogen, but are not! I hate how much misinformation is on therweb.

  • ermm well, the institute of optimum nuitrition does actually state that soya does contain oestrogen mimicking hormones :( although you really cant believe anything these days i would go with ION's advice just to be on the safe side. :) and ION is the best nutritional instuitute in the world i turst it with my life XDand from what i noticed lots of vegeterian boys who consume soya protein have very high rates of gynocomastia (man boobs)

    soo its best to avoid over using soy in my oppionion
