Hi gigabrid. No, I don't think so, the control room is only for full versions, not like LE. Hope that would be to help, though it was like 2 month ago.
I just upgraded from Cubase Studio 4 to Pro Tools, I'm selling cubase, anyone interested? In my vids i used cubase to record Dying In Your Arms, so you can listen to the recording quality :)
I need a lot of help with getting my PreSonus firestudio to work with Cubase. Please help me. We can get into problem details if you respond or send me a message.
go to File < Export (make sure you selected all the audio/ midi tracks andyou have the cycle thing) then select the settings there, for CD; use 16bit, not 32bit
It depends on what your goal is. FLS has a lot of build in sound generators, instruments, effects etc. which makes ideal for making trance/techno/dance music relatively easy. Cubase is geared towards actual music production and has way more "professional" features for mixing and mastering audio than FLS, so if your aim is to record actual instruments and modify the sound, Cubase is definitely what you want.
I have both programs and Cubase is alot better than FL, just for quality reasons alone, Cubase is well ahead, FL is a great starting point, especially if you don't have a midi controller or keyboard, I don't knock FL at, I still use it from time to time, but it can't come close to Cubase or Logic, right now I do most of my stuff on my MPC, now thats the sh*t.
I just started using Cubase 5 But I love it. I should have never wasted time messing with Fl Studio

It is much better than FL, specifically because its a lot more stable than FL.
