@acephantom903 Nope. The mask was always pretty lame- in this one, he blinks and his mouth moves, in the original no blinking, no mouth movement (or very little).
@acephantom903 Well, according to the rather detailed description it is. The blinking eyes and more expressive mouth we see on Greedo on this video are from Adywan's fan edit. And the original film certainly has the one-liner ("Yes, I bet you have") before Han fires under the table. So, this is a edit.
So Greedo is a kamikaze and blows himself up in the name of Allah? Because I didn't see any SHOT being fired in the clip, from neither Han nor Greedo.
Please refer to my earlier comment, simply wait until 0:19 and then click ahead to 0:53 and after editing out that 34 seconds this video is even better.
Actually the user 'mastgrr' had it correct and it made me laugh about how awesome that would be to: "You should make Han shoot Greedo even earlier. At like 0:15 and then just have Han stand up and walk away." I would pay money to see that, instead of stalling or asking anything about telling Jabba he has the money Han just shoots him right away at 0:19 actually. I would laugh about that to no end and so would everyones friends and family.
eh, interesting... but i feel like the " yes i bet you have" line shows how aggravated han is and it makes the kill much less cold blooded, which i like because han is only defending himself
Exactly! you said it yourself it makes him less cold blooded, BUT he is a mercenary! which is the characters persona! no mercenary would take pity like that, BAM! u dead
Huh... i mean greedo makes the reference about he took a job from Hut (a smuggling job), but isnt that what mercenaries do, they take jobs, anywho, i just think that this scene tells the audience the guy is a badass,
@quinnofearth "Bring 'em on! I prefer a straight fight to all this sneaking around!" His job is smuggler. His attitude is mercenary. "I ain't in this for your revolution, and I'm not in it for you, Princess. I expect to be well paid. I'm in it for the money."
@N00bInItUp what does that have to do with anything??? if anything that is proof that han should have shot first... besides, a merc is a soldier for hire, skill has nothing to do with it

If Han doesn't have the money with him, then where is it?

@CaptainBones Obi wan and Luke have it. They're going to pay him the instant he gets to Alderaan*.
*Assuming Alderaan doesn't get blown to chunks, of course.

@CaptainBones he's gonna be getting it from obi wan and luke after he takes them to alderaan

it would be even better if he shoots him, and THEN says, "Yes, I bet you have."

A mercenary is a professional soldier. Greedo is much more of a mercenary than han.
