The video is about why you don't drink anything with HFCS, but it doesn't go into any more detail than to say it has "different health implications" than table sugar. What are those implications? They aren't mentioned. Sucrose (table sugar) is made of 50% Fructose and 50% Glucose. Normal Corn Syrup is about 25/75 (more Glucose), while HFCS restores the 50/50 balance. The sugar is the same, so I presume you're talking about something else and have evidence to back it up...

Pepsi ONE is safe because it does not contain aspartame as does most other diet drinks. But drinks that contain aspartame are never safe to drink. You are better off with the corn syrup or Better yet, water.

Diet drinks contain Aspartame you need to be careful with that. It can cause many health issues. It's been reported that it can increase your risk of cancer and Alzheimer's. You shouldn't eat or drink anything that has no nutritional value to you.
