  • @llovemakemebad35 oh i'm sorry, I didn't mean to be mean, it's just, I didn't like it when you said that, I thought you were insulting the bird. Because a lot of people insult things that were in the video in their comments and I thought you were one of them, but I guess not. Sorry. :( and I love sun conures, they're my favorite kind. email me but call me gabby.

  • glue the feather with crazy glue

  • 0:34 it talks:}

  • beautiful bird, from the head to the neck..

  • You know what? Who cares? A bird's a bird. And that's not a very nice thing to say so SHUT UP! Respect the bird. A bird is like a friend that's always there for you, because birds interact with feelings and emotions. In fact, they are one of the ''smartest'' animals. How do you like them apples?

  • @johnc48080 you don't realize that i own a bird, i own a sun conure.

  • how many animal does she has?

  • Is Missy a rescued cockatoo? She looks so content with you--not what you tend to think of with feather-pluckers. Nice series of videos.

  • @linrichie I was also going to ask what kind of bird Missy is. Also, does it mean anything in particular when they raise their feathers on top of the head like at 0:48?

  • @CatGameDaiyE

    Missy's a cockatoo, but I was wondering (when I saw this video last year) whether she was a rescue (adopted) bird, b/c she is obviously so happy & safe with her handler, and birds usually become feather-pickers from environmenal changes or other stressors (or in rare cases--from a nutritional deficiency).

    Crest feathers rising at the top of a parrot's head can mean different things--here it seems to show how interested Missy is.

    She is adorable, feather-picked and all.
