  • @LarrenceUmpersalt Because Its my spilt at that point close to 2 years ago.  Changing what you do is how your body does not become adapted to what your doing and will change and grow

  • Now this is what you call working hard! You dig deep bro and stimulate as much muscle fiber as you can. Wish you were my trainer dude. I had an accident with my left arm while doing push ups and heard popping in my left wrist. That can't be good. I guess I should pace myself and do less and then work my way up when I can do more push ups. rooting for you man!
