Tell me how you did it? that is, how does your compiz fusion and Unity together? because in my two at a time does not work, I also have ubuntu 11.04

@Bombthewoorld I dunno, I just downloaded&installed it, it just works, so I can't give you any solution of your problem. Maybe try to purge all compiz packages from your system, then install drivers for your video card and install Compiz again, maybe this help.

@MrLoekanle Go to Compiz Settings Manager, then, in the "Desktop" section click the Expo button, and change to the Appearence tab. From "Deformation" list, select "Curve" (you can also change parameters by adjusting values with sliders).

@HomiesOfMars I think you need to install the Compiz Advanced settings feature. You can find it in the Software Center. It lets you enable, disable, and configure different Compiz plugins.

@kekec5551 I don't think that. I used unity like 3 hours after switching to gnome because hide animation on unity bar is slow, and doesn't appear as fast as should be, plus no taskmanager

Used it for few days now, it seems pretty annoying and moving windows around is extremely laggy

@fruj well you can use the system monitor, which is the equivalent of task manager, you can even change the keyboard short cut to be the one in windows.
