I was dreading having to sit there, but we were closer than most people with floor seats and Elton makes sure you know that he knows you're there after every song. You miss out on some of the light show, but it was cool being able to see everything behind the stage front. Also, Elton walked right past us going to and from the stage. We got some nice pics of him when he walked past. Not sure what concert you're going to, but Sir Elton made us all welcome no matter where you were sitting.

He didn't do any autographs except near the end of the concert on stage. But he took a good 10-15 minutes and went right around the stage slowly trying to accommodate everyone. As for the screens, yes you can see them albeit a mirror image. They had one for behind the stage but we were seated closer to one intended for the front of the stage. Any screen shots in my videos are actually mirror image.

still freakin' brilliant! no doubt about it. i got to see him live once, years ago. just after "sleeping with the past" came out, i think. I will always regret that I didn't get to go to the concert he played with billy joel.

Went to see him in Delaware on March 10. AMAZING!!! That's all I have to say. It's so cool when it's just him and the piano. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!! A GOD OF MUSIC.

how was this filmed? it has that digital camera feel but by the cut outs it looks like it was a professional shoot.

Filmed with a 5mp digital sony camera. We were actually behind the stage on a corner. This is evident from the long shots of the stage. We also had a huge monitor next to us, but being behind the stage, it is a mirror image of what it should be. If you look at another video I recorded where Elton is signing autographs, you'll notice it appears he is left-handed, but he isn't. The long shots are not mirror images as the monitor wasn't used for those shots. We were pretty close, just behind him.
