You may already have realized this/know but just some easy friendly advice for you is that you should keep your flaps down a little longer than what you displayed after your takeoff and also when you landed you put your first flap down mid-lake Michigan which is pretty early. I understand this model can have a lot of speed even at idle on decent but a real world use to slow down so far out from the airport is a little engagement of the speed-brakes. Good song choices too :)

It is a payware aircraft so you can download directly from a website(justflight) or you can order the boxed version.
