@dcstarrnaj Not meaning to sound like a prick, but I've been playing guitar for 7 years and the riff he plays starting at 0:12 uses the same notes as the beginning of "Shattering.." pre-chorus riff. Not for the whole riff but just at the beginning. Again, not trying to slam Trivium, they're one of my favorite bands. Maybe they're just pulling an AC/DC, where their songs sound familiar. I doubt they're pulling a Nickelback, where the songs are the same. In Waves album of the year 2011.
