Pause at 2:35, and you can see not only are the older man's eyes lower in location on the face, but the forehead and head curvature are different, and face proportion to the head smaller. He also appears same height if not taller, and you would expect that he would be a bit shorter. Also, 1:37 reveals obvious differences in the arms and tattoos.

tattoos fade over time because skin cells shed off taking a small amount of ink with them and over time it makes the tattoo lighter. The tattoo that the older man had was fresh. Conclusion: he drew it on just for the photo. If he was actually the older version of this guy his tat would be faded. BUSTED!
