Amnesia: The Dark Descent- Good, safe, sanity destruction. (Smoothly destroys your insanity by unpredictable events and monsters.)

Amensia: The White Night- Full out, no mercy, completely raping your sanity. (The things that make you go "OH F***" and makes it so you can't grasp what the hell is going on and what is going to happen. All that happens, is "poof," your insanity is gone."
