I'd like to visit one day. what else is there to do except train watching though, in regards to tourists visiting? I have a good friend who grew up in Comfort, WV. Peace

Many people ask that question, or say there is nothing to do. To me its more of a Urban vs Rural arguement. There are endless historic, supernatural and natural adventures to have, so train spotting is usually last on my list. Google search HF using: NPS, ATC, C&O Canal, Town, Civil War, and John Brown etc

Thank you David! Its the 150th Anniversary of John Brown's Raid this year in Harpers Ferry. He remains a controversial character even today.
