  • @sustrain101. "tge" is a typo. It's actually "the". I got it from the November issue of Men's Health not Men's Fitness. It's the workout Henry Cavill used to help get in shape for "Immortals". It should be a good finisher to your run. 1 set gets a good burn, try two or three if you can!

  • How much weight on the sandbag? Looks like a pretty brutal circuit! Especially trying to add the burpee! Have you ever tried what's known as tge tailpipe? I got it from Men's Fitness. Can be done as a standalone or finisher. 100 reps Four exercises, 25 reps each done in a circuit. 8 strong breaths between each exercise. Using a kettlbell and bodyweight. 25 kettlebell squats, 25 kettlebell swings, 25 burpees(with or without jump) and 25 jumping jacks. Would love to try that with the sandbag!

  • @metaldad1967 I've got 70lbs in mine. My client has 60lbs. Haven't heard of the tge tailpipe. what does tge stand for? Sounds good though, might try it today after my run and recovery. Thanks metaldad
